The role

You'll answer phones, welcome patients, manage scheduling, help keep the clinic running smoothly, and make sure people feel genuinely cared for from the moment they connect with Klarity.

What you'll do

Create an exceptional first impression. Be the warm, upbeat first face of the clinic.

Keep patients moving. Answer phones confidently, respond to patient needs, schedule and reschedule appointments, manage the waitlist, and help patients navigate their next steps.

Prepare new patients. Help with intake forms, reminders, check-in, and basic payment processes.

Run a welcoming front office. Keep it organized, professional, and running smoothly.

Route questions to the right place. Know when something belongs with a provider, billing, prior authorization, or another team member, and get it to the right person.

Have fun with social media. Help capture appropriate, creative content around the office that shows Klarity's personality and shares the meaningful work our team is doing.

Partner with Marketing & Growth. Collaborate on content ideas, clinic initiatives, community activities, and ways to bring the Klarity brand to life.

Build our culture. Help create an upbeat workplace where people enjoy coming to work and feel connected to each other.

Plan the moments that matter. Help with team celebrations, fun events, community activities, special clinic days, and the other moments that make Klarity feel like Klarity.

Jump in where needed. This is a team environment, and we love people who see something that needs attention and take ownership.

What you'll bring

You're outgoing, positive, organized, comfortable on the phone, and genuinely enjoy being around people.

You can handle a busy environment without losing your warmth or attention to detail.

You come from retail, hospitality, customer service, restaurants, hotels, healthcare, or another high-touch service environment where creating a memorable experience matters.

Healthcare experience is great, but it isn't everything. Personality, professionalism and organization matter most.

You bring energy to a team. You'll happily jump into a social video, help brainstorm an office event, celebrate a teammate, welcome a nervous patient, and then get right back to keeping the schedule moving.
