The role

We're looking for a compassionate, highly motivated PMHNP to evaluate, diagnose and treat patients with personalized care. You'll also help lead our interventional programs, including TMS, Spravato and IV ketamine.

What you'll do

Oversee clinic operations and clinical staff for Ketamine, Spravato and TMS treatments.

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental health disorders.

Build personalized treatment plans that may combine psychotherapy, medication, interventional therapies and lifestyle changes.

Deliver Spravato (esketamine), IV Ketamine and TMS, working closely with clinic leadership to support positive outcomes.

Monitor patient response, adjust treatment parameters and refine the overall strategy as needed.

Educate patients and families about their conditions, options and ways to manage symptoms.

Manage mental health crises, including depressive episodes, suicidal ideation and acute psychosis.

Keep accurate, compliant medical records and collaborate with the team to provide whole-person care.

Keep up with the latest research and best practices in psychiatric care.

What you'll bring

Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited institution.

Licensed and board-certified as a PMHNP in the state of Indiana.

Active NPI, DEA and CSR.

A willingness to learn and adapt, including additional training in new treatment modalities.

Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine ability to connect with patients with compassion and empathy.

A commitment to staying current in psychiatric medicine.

Excellent communication and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
